It's been an exciting week! It's hard to capture all of the activities. But first, it snowed...
And while this was gone by 11, we had flurries throughout the day.
Sleddinng was attempted, but a little disappointing.
Great for snow angels....
...and snow balls. There was a long and relatively tame snow ball fight.
Back inside we worked on our astronaut skills.
Like docking the station (aka 2 cups).
Then space walk training.
Getting geared up with boots, gloves, and packs for training.
This was a huge hit. In addition to talking about the International Space Station and Mars Rover, we also did math and letters. As a reward, they watched a NASA Jet Propulsion Lab presentation on the Mars River (NASA's YouTube channel).
Space and the planets have been a huge hit. So we did the space walk training a second time.
Hope you all have a great evening!
